Return and Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Dona Paz. If something’s not quite right, we offer returns within 30 days of receiving your item.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:
- In the same condition you received them
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be shipped to the following address:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
We do not cover return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Damages or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at mindfulbraingym@gmail.com so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards
If you’re unsure about your item, feel free to reach out with questions.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to place a new order after your return is accepted and refunded.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
